Refund Conditions
- Refund Request Period
You may request a refund within 7 days of your course start date if you are not satisfied with the content or experience. After this period, we will not be able to process any refunds. - Eligibility for Refund
- To qualify for a refund, you must have attended no more than 1 class/session of the course.
- The course materials (such as online content, worksheets, etc.) should not have been fully accessed or used.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be processed if:- You have attended more than 1 class/session of the course.
- You have accessed all course materials or completed the course.
- The request is made after 7 days from the start of the course.
How to Request a Refund

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the circumstances and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Course Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend the course for personal reasons, we can offer you the option to transfer to another session instead of a refund. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session if you would like to explore this option.
No Show or Late Cancellation
- If you miss a class without prior notification, we will not be able to offer a refund or credit for that class.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees.
Payment Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the enrollment process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Additional Terms
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if you have attended part of the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of sessions attended.
- Course Cancellations: In rare cases, if CP Serene Skin Solution cancels a course, you will be fully refunded or offered an alternative course session.
